The inbox-cleanup pass.
Most owners have 5,000+ unread emails. The instinct is "clean it up" — but that's a wasted weekend. The right move is to inventory before structure: extract every sender, sort by volume and category, then design labels around what's actually in there.
Once the structure is right, the cleanup happens in one pass. RFC 8058 bulk-unsubscribe handles the 80-90% of legitimate senders with one click each. Filters auto-archive the rest. By the end, the inbox shows 5-10 real items per day instead of 200.
We've documented this whole flow as a skill (so we run it consistently and fast) and the result is consistent across clients: a working inbox in 2-4 hours.
Inbox out of control?
Text us with how many unread you have and what kind of business you run. We'll tell you what kind of cleanup it'd take — usually a one-shot $300-$500 job.

I'm drowning in email. Can you actually fix that?
+
Mostly, yes. The pattern: 90% of small-business inboxes are 50% marketing, 30% transactional (receipts, notifications), 15% real customer email, 5% other. We build a label/filter system that auto-sorts the noise so the real stuff surfaces. Most owners go from 200 unread to 5-10 actionable in a week.
Gmail vs Google Workspace — which do I need?
+
If you use your business name (@yourshop.com) on your email — Workspace. If you're still on @yourshop@gmail.com — Workspace, and we'll migrate. Workspace is ~$6-12 per user per month and pays for itself in trust signal alone (customers take @yourshop.com more seriously than @gmail).
Can you set up appointment scheduling?
+
Yes. For most small operators, Calendly or Google Calendar's appointment scheduling is enough — we wire it up, embed it on the site, integrate with your existing calendar. For shops needing more (deposit-on-booking, multi-resource, integrations with shop management software like Tekmetric) we'll build a custom flow.
What about email marketing — newsletters, blasts?
+
We can set up Mailchimp/Brevo/Klaviyo and build the first few campaigns to template, but we don't run ongoing email marketing as a core service. That's a different specialty and there are people who do it well. We'll point you at them or set it up so your team can.
Can you unsubscribe me from things?
+
Surprisingly often, yes. We can do an inventory pass on your inbox, identify the senders nobody wants, and run a bulk unsubscribe (RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe-Post — works on 80-90% of legitimate bulk senders without you clicking through). Most owners are shocked how much noise disappears in one afternoon.
Do you read my email?
+
Only what we need to set up the filters and labels — and only with your explicit permission. We don't sit in your inbox monitoring everything. Once filters are running, the system runs itself; we just check in when you ask.
