Public Claude Code agents and skills built while working with real small operators. Use them in your own projects, fork them, or hire us to build new ones.
Agents
Reusable agents that run as Claude Code subagents. Drop them into ~/.claude/agents/ and they're available across all your projects.
shop-photo-triage

cross-artifact-alignment-audit
Audits a candidate artifact (GBP draft, Yelp profile, press release, schema block) against canonical sources (website spoke pages, voice doc, brand config). 7-section delta report.
seo-schema-audit
Audits structured data (JSON-LD) + AI search readiness across any business type. Auto-detects business type and applies the correct schema vocabulary.
seo-technical-audit

E-E-A-T + 2026 GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) content audit. Per-page analysis: author attribution, first-hand experience signals, AI-search citability, content depth vs. competitors.
Skills
Domain-specific skills that load on relevant tasks. Drop them into ~/.claude/skills/ and Claude Code activates them when the work matches.
tekmetric-data-feed
Verified facts about Tekmetric's vehicle data feed (oil specs, capacities, refrigerant cutover, fluid panel reading) for auto-repair shop websites.
automotive-failure-mode-verify
Research-before-write protocol for vehicle-specific or problem-specific technical claims on auto-shop sites. Source hierarchy enforced.
trailing-slash-canonicalization
Three-layer fix for /foo vs /foo/ duplicate-content indexing on static sites (build config + edge redirects + canonical normalization).
gmail-mcp-setup
Working solution for Gmail automation via MCP (after Anthropic's official Gmail connector broke for write operations). 23 tools, RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe-Post workflow baked in.
Where these came from.
Every tool here was built to solve a real problem on a real client project. They started as one-off code, got promoted to agents/skills when the same problem came up across multiple projects, and got published here when they were polished enough to use without our hand-holding.
They're shared as proof-of-work for the kind of operator we are, and as practical tooling for any other developer/consultant tending small businesses. If you find them useful, great. If you want us to build a custom one for your specific workflow, text us.
