Common questions
What happens after I text?

We text back within the workday, usually within a few hours. If it's something we can handle, we'll give you a plain-English estimate and a yes/no on whether we're the right fit. The first text is free and there's no expectation that you hire us.
Do I need to know what's wrong?

No. "Something feels off about my Google" is enough. "My website looks weird on iPhone" is enough. You describe the symptom, we figure out the cause.
What does it cost?

Per thing, not per month. Small jobs (review reply, GBP post, fix a broken link) start around $50–$150. Bigger jobs (a new landing page, a GBP overhaul, a Google verification fight) are usually $300–$1,500. We tell you upfront. See pricing for more.
Will you try to sell me a retainer?

No. We don't do retainers. Pay for the thing, when it's done. If you want a regular tend (we check in monthly, handle the small stuff), we can do that, but it's by-the-thing, not by-the-month-of-slides.
What if you can't help?

We say so, and we'll usually point you at someone who can. The free first text is for our benefit as much as yours — we don't want to take on something we'd half-handle.
