The full tend

Hand us every key.

The arrangement for owners who don't want to think about the digital side at all. We run the whole thing. Monthly cap, never exceeded without your say. Every dollar tied to work that actually happened.

What is the Full Tend arrangement?

Full Tend is our concierge tier for small business owners who want to forget the digital side exists. You hand over every account — website, Google Business Profile, reviews, email, integrations, custom agents — and we tend all of it on an agreed monthly cap. Unlike a retainer, every dollar is tied to actual deliverables; unused budget doesn't bill; you can leave any month with no penalty. Monthly caps typically run $500–$3,500 depending on scope. This is the arrangement Moe at Beacon Auto Care lives in — see the Beacon case study.

What's included.

Everything on the services menu, tended on an ongoing basis. Specific work happens when it's needed, not on a fake schedule to justify the invoice.

Website

Tended monthly: content updates, new pages when needed, speed/SEO/schema, security, hosting.

Google Business Profile

Weekly posts in your voice, photo refreshes, Q&A library, services list synced, NAP audits, suspension handling.

Reviews

Same-day replies on Google, Yelp, CARFAX, Facebook. Review collection automation. Negative-review handling.

SEO

Quarterly technical audits, ongoing schema maintenance, internal linking, competitor monitoring.

Email + scheduling

Workspace/Gmail tended, filter system maintained, calendar booking integration.

Integrations

Existing integrations monitored. Breaks fixed. New tools wired in as you adopt them.

Custom agents

Existing agents kept current. New ones built when repetitive tasks emerge.

Tech stack audits

Quarterly review of subscriptions. Kill the dead weight before it builds up.

How does the trust work?

Full Tend requires real trust because we hold real keys. Logins, passwords, GBP access, domain registrar, hosting, email, scheduling, sometimes shop-management software. That's a lot to hand to a stranger. We know.

How it works in practice: you keep ownership of every account. We work in them with your permission. We use a password manager (1Password Teams) with audit logs so you can see who accessed what and when. If you stop working with us, you change passwords and everything keeps running. We've never taken anything hostage and we never will.

The trust gets built one transaction at a time. Most Full Tend owners started as per-thing clients — they texted us a few small jobs, we handled them, they handed us more, eventually it was easier to just hand over the keys. Full Tend is the natural endpoint of a relationship, not a gate at the door.

What does a typical month look like?

No standing meeting. No "strategy session." Just work, done, and a one-line text when something ships.

Roughly what happens in a quiet month for a single-location operator:

  • · 4 GBP posts drafted in your voice and scheduled
  • · ~6–12 review replies drafted, you thumbs-up via text
  • · Photo refresh if you sent us new shots
  • · Schema/CWV/SEO quick scan; we fix anything that regressed
  • · One small website edit you texted in
  • · End-of-month text summarizing what shipped and the invoice

A busy month might add a new landing page, a tech stack audit, a custom agent build, or a GBP rescue. Those get separately quoted and billed outside the monthly cap so the numbers stay clean.

No retainer. No deck. No Loom.

Full Tend looks like a retainer because it has a monthly number. It isn't. Every dollar is tied to actual work that happened, you get a deliverable trail every month, and you can leave any month with no penalty. No standing meeting. No strategy deck. No Loom walkthrough. Tech, handled. See why we don't do real retainers.

Full Tend FAQ

How is this different from a regular retainer?

+

Three ways. (1) You only pay for work that actually happened — unused budget rolls or doesn't bill. (2) There's a stated monthly cap so you know the worst case; you'll never get a surprise $4,800 invoice. (3) You can leave any month with zero penalty. The shape looks like a retainer because there's a monthly number, but every dollar is tied to a deliverable. See why we don't do real retainers.

What's the monthly cap?

+

Depends on scope. Small operator with one shop, one website, one GBP, light automation: $500–$750/mo cap. Mid-size operator with multiple locations or heavier integration needs: $1,000–$1,800/mo cap. Larger operations or businesses with custom agent suites: $2,000–$3,500/mo cap. We quote the cap after a short text exchange where you describe your scope, before you commit.

Who is this for?

+

Owners who don't want to think about the digital side at all. The Moe profile: runs the shop, has zero bandwidth, has been burned by previous vendors, just wants someone trustworthy to handle the digital stuff and text "done." Not for owners who want to be in the loop on every decision — for those, per-thing pricing is better.

Will I lose access to my own accounts?

+

No. You keep ownership of every account, domain, hosting, GBP, etc. We work IN your accounts with your permission. If we stop working together, you change passwords and everything keeps running. We've never taken anything hostage and we never will. See the about page for the trust model.

What does a typical month look like?

+

Roughly: review-tending (drafts of replies for new reviews, your thumbs-up via text), 4 weekly GBP posts in your voice, photo refreshes when you send us new shots, a fresh blog post or service page every 6–8 weeks, schema/SEO/CWV audit once a quarter, integration maintenance (fix what breaks), and an end-of-month text summarizing what happened. No standing meeting. No "strategy session."

What if my month is quiet — no reviews, no new content needed?

+

We bill for actual work. If a month is quiet, you get a small invoice (or none). Unused cap doesn't get "used up" on busywork to justify the number. Some owners have months where they pay $0 to us. We're fine with that — quiet months are healthy.

What if I want to add a one-off bigger project?

+

Quoted separately. The monthly cap covers ongoing tending. A new landing page, a GBP rescue, a custom agent, a tech stack audit — those are priced per-thing and billed outside the monthly arrangement, with clear approval before we start.

Can I start with per-thing and upgrade later?

+

Yes. Most owners do. They text us about one specific fix, we handle it, they hire us for another, eventually it's clear it'd be easier to just hand over the keys. The Full Tend arrangement is the natural endpoint, not a gate at the door.
